What I'm Actually Building

(In direction of what the future of business looks like)

I had to leave my own Space on X halfway through today.

An adhoc meeting from my company pulled me away. I'm on the speaker stage talking about spaced repetition and the testing effect - and then I have to hand the mic to my frend - Tiger & Justin - and jump into a work call.

Here's the thing - I used to think that was a problem. Building in public while juggling a full-time role feels messy. It feels like you're not doing either thing properly.

But I've realized something over the past few days.

The mess is the point.

I'm not building from some perfect situation where I have 8 hours a day to create content and ship products. I'm building in the margins. 5 AM mornings. Spaces at 9:30 AM before work gets heavy. Nights spent extracting frameworks and writing newsletters like this one.

And that's exactly why what I'm building matters.

What I'm Actually Building

I've been talking about AIOS - the AI Operating System - for a while now.

But let me be specific about what that actually means.

AIOS is a product with three tabs:

LEARN - where I teach you the frameworks. AI fundamentals, how to use AI as a tutor, as a coach, how to build systems that compound your knowledge.

PRACTICE - where an AI chatbot trained on my frameworks actually tests you. Not just content you consume and forget. Active recall. Spaced repetition. The stuff that actually makes knowledge stick.

CREATE - where you build real outputs. Your offer. Your landing page. Your content system. You don't just learn about building - you build.

AIOS is not just a course. It's a template.

The same structure I'm building for myself? That's what I help other people build for their expertise.

The Science That Changed How I Think About Learning

In my Spaces this week, I went deep on retention science. And one number keeps hitting me:

Testing yourself produces 250% better retention than restudying.

Let me say that differently. If you read something four times versus reading it once and testing yourself three times - the testing group destroys the reading group. Not by a little. By 250%.

This is why most courses fail. They're all LEARN tab. No PRACTICE tab. You consume, you feel smart, you forget everything in seven days.

I'm building AIOS differently because of this research. And I'm helping others build their products differently too.

The 90-Day Sprint

I'm currently running what I call the 90-Day Expert-to-Product Sprint with my clients.

The premise is simple:

  • Weeks 1-2: I extract your framework from your head

  • Weeks 3-6: We build your offer, landing page, newsletter, content system

  • Weeks 7-12: We build your AI-powered learning product and get you your first 1-3 paying clients

I build your landing page for you. I build your AI chatbot for you. I set up your newsletter. The stuff that usually stops people from shipping - I handle it.

The price is $1,500 for founding clients. I'm taking 4 more people.

If you have real expertise - doesn't matter how many years, but genuine knowledge that's helped people - and you want to turn it into something you can sell, this is what I do.

The Networking Thing

One more thing from today.

When I had to jump off my Space for the meeting, my network (friends) covered for me. They kept the conversation going. That doesn't happen by accident.

I've been showing up to Spaces every single day since August. Not because I had it figured out. Because showing up is how you figure it out.

Building a network isn't about collecting followers. It's about being present enough that when you need to step away, someone's there to hold the space.

That only happens if you show up first. Consistently. Even when it's messy.

So show up. Everyday.

And make friends. Genuine friends.

What I Want You To Take From This

Show up, make friends & keep building toward something.

Not consuming. Not planning. Building.

The mess is part of it. The interruptions are part of it. The juggling a job while creating something on the side - that's not a bug, it's the feature.

Most people wait for perfect conditions. Perfect conditions don't come.

You build anyway.

P.S. - The Spaces happen every weekday at 9:30 AM IST. Come hang out. Even if I have to leave halfway through, the conversation keeps going.
