It's time to start making money.

Let’s assume:

You’ve been posting consistently on social media for at least a week.

You’ve identified your niche and dialed in on your audience.

You’ve figured out your daily routine and stuck to it.

You’ve invested in learning—books, courses etc.

You’ve sorted out your habits.

(If you haven’t yet, go through my previous newsletter to see how)

Now what?

It’s time to productize your knowledge.

aka - start making money.

How?

You create a product (solution) that helps your audience—on a basic level.

And the easiest solution to create is one that’s already worked for you.

  • Maybe you’ve mastered your habits and have complete control over your day.

  • Maybe you’ve grown your social media presence fast and know how to help others do the same.

  • Maybe you’ve built something from scratch and can teach the process step-by-step.

  • Or maybe you’re itching to create a productivity course that makes a real difference.

“Find out what people want and then give it to them.” — Dale Carnegie

Whatever it is, package it up. Make it simple. Make it useful.

Give people what they want.
Give people what they’re already buying.
Give them a basic solution that helps them improve by just 1%.

Then, put your own spin on it. Make it stand out.

“Make it simple. Make it memorable. Make it inviting to look at. Make it fun to read.” — Leo Burnett

Stop trying to create something fancy that no one’s ever seen before.
Not gonna happen. Especially not for your first product.

Your first product needs to be beginner level.

And that’s perfect.

Why?

Because most of you are growing on social media or will be soon, and you’re reaching a broad audience.

You need a foundational product—something that grabs attention, solves a basic problem, and gets word-of-mouth going.

Remember:

  • People don’t know as much as you think they do.

  • People forget more than they remember.

Keep it simple.
Get people talking.
Network. DM. Connect.

And then, find a way to sell.

Here are three approaches to get your first product out there:

  1. Create a Tutorial:

This is best for teaching practical skills like:

    • Web design

    • Copywriting

    • Digital marketing

  2. Create a Program:

This is perfect for interests like:

    • Fitness

    • Nutrition

    • Productivity

    • Self-improvement

  3. Create a System:

Share a unique process you’ve developed, such as:

    • Productivity setups in Notion

    • Lead generation hacks for businesses

    • Building an audience on X

Get it out there. Make it happen.

I’ve created a tutorial and system on writing newsletters, developing frameworks, exploring different styles, and crafting content strategies.

That’s all from me today.

Until next time,
